The Water Management Committee (Committee) conference call began at 9:15 a.m. The agenda for the call included review of the Scope of Work, status of the water conservation notebooks, and Milestone W15-1 of the Cooperative Agreement.
The Committee reviewed and made changes to the Scope of Work based on the comments provided. The Committee's suggested modification to the Scope of Work will be incorporated by Lyle Myler and then faxed to the Committee members on Monday, November 17, 1997. The Committee is to review and fax their comments to the attention of John Lawson at (307) 261- 5683 no later than Friday, November 21, 1997. A revised Scope of Work will be faxed to the Committee on November 26, 1997. The Consultant Contract for Services was not reviewed at this time, since the contracting entity remains to be determined.
The following Committee members were identified as the contacts for development of the water conservation notebooks.

3. Dick Stenzel, State of Colorado
4. John Lawson, Department of Interior
Under Milestone W15-1, the Committee recognizes that the Technical Committee is responsible for developing the protocol for peer review. The Committee will coordinate with and use the procedures developed by the Technical Committee to obtain peer review of the Committee's work.
After the Committee finished their business, the Selection Committee discussed the advertisement to solicit Statement of Qualifications from interested consultant for the reconnaissance study. A copy of the proposed ad that the three states would place in the newspaper will be faxed to the Selection Committee members for review today. The advertisement is similar to that recently done for the Executive Director. The Selection Committee should fax comments regarding the ad to John Lawson at (307) 261-5683 no later than Tuesday, November 18, 1997. The following Section Committee members were identified as the contacts for coordinating the advertisement.
