Platte River Governance Committee Meeting

The Governance Committee (GC) called a short business meeting during the Governance Committee Negotiating Team meeting to address two financial issues.
Cottonwood Ranch Property Monitoring and Research Reconciliation to U.S. Geological Survey (USGS)
Dale Strickland reported that the Finance Committee (FC) had reviewed a reconciliation request for fiscal year (FY) 2003 in the amount of $100,000 for work completed by the USGS in implementing the Cottonwood Ranch Monitoring and Research Protocol implementation. The FC asked for further information that was subsequently provided by the USGS. The GC approved the reconciliation of $100,000 for FY 2003.
Executive Director's Budget
The Executive Director's provided a budget estimate of $150,005 for July 1, 2004 to June, 30, 2005 based on the overall Cooperative Agreement Extension budget approved by the GC. The GC included an additional $7,500 to the Executive Director's budget to cover meeting room rental. A budget of $157,505 for the Executive Director's office was approved for the period July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005.
